As the fabric and structure of buildings has become more complex and demanding, the availability of in-house structural engineering expertise has become more
and more important to the architect and a great benefit to the client. Thus, Les Vides and the structural engineering division have not only enriched the design process, but also provide an immediate and valuable service.
Over the past four decades, LOUIS KAROL structural have been responsible for the structural engineering design of many of Cape Town’s largest and best known structures including the Cape Sun Hotel, Shell House, Liberty Life at Century City, Bayside Shopping Centre, and much of the Victoria and Albert Waterfront,
